Return Policy

We accept returns for In-Store credit only. 

I will issue you a credit via email gift card that will not expire. We do not issue credit back to the form of payment. 

We are unable to cancel orders at this time once the order has been made. 

We cannot do exchanges within our shipping system because it does not allow us to create a shipping label. We have a pending order to fulfill within our system in order to create your shipping label, which is why you will receive store credit. 

All returns must be made within 7 days of the day you received it. You are responsible for return shipping cost. If we receive the item after your 7 days is up, it will be returned back to you. 

All returned items must show no signs of wear, no makeup marks, free from animal hair/scent, no odors such as perfume or smoke. If the item does not meet these requirements it will be shipped back to you. 

All SALE items are FINAL. No returns. 

All jewelry sales are final
